Guarantee of quality
The warranty for all items from our offer is valid for 2 years (24 months). Wear-resistant parts of the product are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty is valid from the day of purchase of the product until the expiration of the warranty period, which is confirmed by proof of purchase and warranty card.

The guarantor guarantees that the product is of the prescribed quality and that it will function properly if the installation is performed by professional and qualified persons who have a valid KNX Certificate.

The guarantor guarantees that the product is of the prescribed quality and will function properly if the consumer adheres to the enclosed instructions for use.

The guarantor undertakes, directly or through the repairer, to, at the request of the guarantor and within the warranty period, at his own expense, in the service to eliminate defects and technical defects of the product that occur during proper use, or replace the item.

The guarantor undertakes to respond to the consumer with a statement on the submitted request and a proposal for its solution without delay within 7 days of receiving the complaint.

The guarantor issues a guarantee in written or electronic form as a mandatory document with proof of purchase.

The guarantor will not accept the guarantee:

if the product is not installed under the prescribed conditions by professionals and qualified persons,
if the user did not follow the instructions for use of the product,
if the product has been serviced by an unauthorized person or non-original parts have been installed,
if the user has handled the product unprofessionally and carelessly,
if the damage was caused by mechanical force,
if damage to the product is caused by force majeure, battery leakage, overvoltage and
The warranty applies only to products installed and intended for use by end users or consumers.

 

Warranty claim:
In case you make a warranty request, you should send the item, together with the original proof of purchase (invoice, warranty card and certificate of extended warranty) to the address of the store where you made your purchase. If the delivered VUEKO item does not comply with the contract concluded between the trader and the consumer, the CONSUMER will have all the rights provided by the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Complaints
When receiving the order, it is the buyer's duty to perform a visual inspection of the package and, if he notices any damage, to refuse to accept it and notify the seller by phone. If the goods within the package are physically damaged, it is necessary for the buyer to contact the courier service within 24 hours of receiving the package in order to make a report. In case the goods are physically undamaged, but defective, you need to contact us in order to resolve the complaint.

The customer can return the product INTEGRATION SYSTEMS D.O.O. without explanation. within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the product does not meet the technical specifications, where it is necessary to fill out a form of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance. INTEGRATION SYSTEMS D.O.O. undertakes to return the money with the submitted fiscal invoice. If the product is mechanically damaged, INTEGRATION SYSTEMS D.O.O. he is not obliged to return the money. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

 



Minimum order quantity
Certain products have a minimum order quantity. The minimum quantity is specified in the order quantity quantity field. The buyer will be notified if he tries to order a product in a quantity less than the defined minimum quantity for ordering the selected product.
